Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andre Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Brighton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brighton has chosen Rage Against The Machine - Bulls On Parade as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brighton throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brighton throws out a loose jab but Floyd uses good head movement to avoid it.
Floyd tries to clinch but Brighton moves out of range.
Floyd misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Floyd fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brighton, pushing him back against the cage.
Floyd tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brighton smiles and moves away.
Brighton misses with a head kick.
Brighton tries to clinch but Floyd moves out of range.
Brighton throws a body punch but Floyd moves out of range.
Floyd tries to keep at a distance but Brighton has taken the fight into the clinch.
Brighton is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Brighton wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Floyd tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Floyd pushes off an throws an elbow but Brighton leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Floyd misses with a hook to the ribs.
Brighton lands with a light punch inside.
Floyd prevents Brighton from breaking the clinch.
Floyd is looking to break free of the clinch but Brighton has double underhooks.
Floyd tries for a takedown but Brighton manages to get underhooks.
Floyd drags the fight down to the ground.
Floyd is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Floyd is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Brighton won't allow Floyd to sweep him here.
Floyd keeping moving, preventing Brighton from controlling successfully.
Floyd looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brighton is one step ahead there.
Brighton trying to stand up but can't free himself from Floyd's guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Brighton keeps the fight on the outside.
Floyd fails in his attempt to clinch.
Floyd throws a push kick but Brighton slaps the foot to one side.
Floyd on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Brighton tries to clinch there but Floyd circles away.
Floyd looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Brighton!
Brighton can't escape the position.

Brighton squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Brighton manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Floyd is looking to take a break and control but Brighton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Brighton is looking for a sweep. Floyd is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Brighton tries to kick Floyd off in order to stand up. Floyd Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Brighton can't do much from the bottom here.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Brighton might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Floyd kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Floyd decides to stand back up. Floyd steps back and let's Brighton get back to his feet.
Floyd is breathing heavily.
Brighton throws a quick inside leg kick.
Brighton lands a with a good body shot.
Floyd has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Brighton finds it's way round the side to connect with Floyd's head.
Nice combo by Brighton! Oh, that's hurt him - Floyd falls to the canvas and Brighton follows him into side control.
Floyd is rocked!
Brighton stands up and beckons Floyd to his feet.
Oh Floyd is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brighton cracks Floyd with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Floyd falls to his knees and Brighton doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nick Brighton!
