Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jock Mcfarker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Wong will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jock Mcfarker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Wong!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong lands a head kick. Mcfarker smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A head kick misses from Mcfarker.
Wong dives in for a single leg takedown but Mcfarker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Wong jumps guard and drags Mcfarker to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Wong keeping moving, preventing Mcfarker from controlling successfully.

Mcfarker drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mcfarker jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Mcfarker trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mcfarker wants to control from the top but Wong keeps moving.
Wong is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mcfarker trying to control but Wong is working from the bottom.

Mcfarker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Jock Mcfarker just wasn't active enough.
Mcfarker misses with a double jab.
Mcfarker shoots in looking for a takedown but Wong manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mcfarker's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mcfarker could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mcfarker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wong tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mcfarker swivels and escapes.
Wong looks winded!
Wong misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mcfarker looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jock Mcfarker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Wong.
Wong shoots for a takedown but Mcfarker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mcfarker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wong swats him away and circles back towards the center.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mcfarker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wong sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Wong has managed to clinch.
Wong is trying to pull guard but Mcfarker has him pressed against the cage.
Mcfarker goes for a takedown attempt but Wong pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mcfarker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wong stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Mcfarker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wong sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Wong closes the distance and clinches up with Mcfarker, looking for a takedown. Wong pushes Mcfarker against the cage but Mcfarker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mcfarker misses with an uppercut.
Mcfarker lands a nice looking body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mcfarker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wong keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mcfarker misses with a few strikes there.
Mcfarker misses with a wild combination.
Wong has a takedown stuffed.
Mcfarker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wong dives in for a single leg takedown but Mcfarker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mcfarker tries to score a body lock takedown but Wong shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mcfarker is looking for a takedown.
Mcfarker jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wong walks away with a smile on his face. Mcfarker gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A combination from Mcfarker does no damage.
Mcfarker misses with a double jab.
Wong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mcfarker is fending him off so far but Wong persists. Nope, Mcfarker circles away and we're back to standing.
Joe Wong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Mcfarker misses.
Wong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mcfarker circles away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mcfarker uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Mcfarker lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mcfarker lands with a shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jock Mcfarker dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Mcfarker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wong.
The fighters circle momentarily. Wong darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Wong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mcfarker circles away.
Wong shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mcfarker pinned against the cage. Mcfarker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mcfarker goes for a double leg but Wong avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wong continues to drive forward.

Mcfarker drags the fight down to the ground.
Mcfarker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wong is controlling him.
Wong showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mcfarker keeping full guard, as Wong tries to pass.
Wong is breathing heavily.

Mcfarker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Wong is posturing up here but Mcfarker has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Wong tries to roll out but it's too tight and Wong has to tap! Slick submission there by Mcfarker!
