PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Will Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karen Darabedyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson comes into the arena with Lost In Space blaring out of the sound system. Darabedyan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. KDB Highlights kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Robinson.
Darabedyan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Robinson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Darabedyan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Darabedyan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Robinson moves in looking to clinch but Darabedyan pushes him off.

Robinson tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Darabedyan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Darabedyan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Robinson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Darabedyan scrambles back to his feet.
Robinson looks to score with a jab to the body but Darabedyan is just out of range.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Robinson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Darabedyan or not.

Darabedyan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Darabedyan is rocked!
Darabedyan walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
