Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tracy Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miroslav Potpara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tracy Flores!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miroslav Potpara!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flores manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Potpara on his heels. He'll look to pass Potpara's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Potpara tries to land a sweep but no joy.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Flores accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Potpara bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Flores's guard.
Flores keeping moving, preventing Potpara from controlling successfully.
Potpara looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Potpara wanted to stand there but Flores had control of the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Potpara trying to control the position from guard on top but Flores is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Miroslav Potpara.
Potpara throws a head kick but Flores moves out of range.
Flores with a lazy takedown attempt

and Potpara counters by moving into the clinch.

Potpara wants the takedown. Flores is fighting it off but Potpara persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Flores's guard against the cage.
Potpara stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Flores swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Flores is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Potpara trying to stand up but can't free himself from Flores's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Flores keeping moving, preventing Potpara from controlling successfully.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Tracy Flores wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Potpara tries a head kick but it misses.
Potpara swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Flores really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Flores throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Potpara was covering up waiting for the punch and Flores finishes the takedown easily into guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Potpara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Flores can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Potpara pulls Flores in close to prevent any damage.
Flores throws a big right hand that misses.
Flores missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Potpara looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Flores passes into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Flores looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Potpara can do anything to dispel that myth.
Potpara is looking for a sweep.
Flores in the domination position with Potpara hanging on.
Potpara is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Flores's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Flores maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Potpara could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Flores has cracked it and Potpara is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Flores!
