Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between God Nope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kall Drogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for God Nope has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, God Nope!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kall Drogo!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nope tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Drogo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Drogo looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Nope is looking to stand up but Drogo isn't so interested in that idea.
Drogo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Drogo looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Let's hope that Drogo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Kall Drogo has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Nope wants to clinch

and Drogo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nope won't be happy with that.

Nope takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nope on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Drogo remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Drogo cracks Nope with a big right hand but Nope just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Nope pushes Drogo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Drogo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Nope looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kall Drogo.

Drogo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nope sprawls well initially but Drogo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like Drogo might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Nope really wants to buck Drogo off and get back to his feet.

Drogo is nestled in close to Nope, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Drogo lands a nice short elbow.

Drogo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

God Nope seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Drogo swats away the attempt to clinch by Nope.

Drogo moves into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nope misses with a knee strike.
Nope tries to land a knee to the head but Drogo blocks with his arms.
Nope using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Drogo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Drogo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kall Drogo is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Nope with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Drogo is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nope gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Drogo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nope smiles and moves away.
God Nope has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kall Drogo.
Nope bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Nope tries to clinch up but Drogo circles away and keeps his distance.
God Nope has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nope tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kall Drogo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Drogo winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
