Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fallon Foxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ollie Strauss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foxx's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Silence. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foxx avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Strauss misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Foxx.
Foxx smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Strauss shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Foxx manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Strauss tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Strauss has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

My spies in The Seven Sins Grappling Academy inform me that Strauss has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Foxx is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Strauss asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Strauss misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Foxx, as that shot connected.
Foxx thuds his right hand into Strauss's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Strauss takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
