Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gerry Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tozzi Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt

and Mann decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gracie's guard.
Mann wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Mann knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.

Mann is looking to stand back up. He's having to work hard to escape but eventually he manages it.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mann avoids it really well and circles away.

Mann closes the distance and clinches up with Gracie, looking for a takedown. Mann pushes Gracie against the cage but Gracie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gracie is pressed up against the cage. Mann has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Gracie down to the mat. Gracie avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Mann would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gerry Mann will probably get the nod.

Mann jumps guard and drags Gracie to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Mann is not content to let Gracie control the position.
Mann pushes Gracie off looking to stand but Gracie dives back in and keeps control.

Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Mann is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Gracie misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Gracie is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Mann has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Gracie swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
