Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Escobar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to KoRn En Vivo Mtv. Morgan has chosen No Easy Way Out as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pablo Escobar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Henry Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escobar lands a nice looking body shot.
Escobar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Escobar takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Escobar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Morgan manages to avoid it.
Morgan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Morgan there as he acknowledges the shot.
A combination from Escobar does no damage.
Morgan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Escobar gets a double leg takedown into Morgan's guard.

Morgan has his foot on Escobar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Escobar works his way back into a safe position though.
Escobar trying to control the position from guard on top but Morgan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Escobar avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Escobar tries to free his leg and advance position but Morgan is retaining full guard.

Morgan tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Morgan is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Morgan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Escobar defends well.
Escobar has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Escobar sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Morgan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Escobar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Morgan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Escobar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Morgan manages to get himself to full guard.
Morgan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Morgan is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Escobar is just riding it out for now. Morgan eventually gives up the hold.

Morgan is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Escobar wants to sweep here but Morgan controlling him for the moment.
Morgan throws a big right hand that misses.
Morgan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Escobar manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

A nice elbow there by Escobar.
Escobar prevents Morgan from getting the reversal.
Morgan stops Escobar from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Escobar lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Escobar postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Morgan looks a forlorn figure.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Morgan tries to reverse the position but Escobar maintains control.
Escobar lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Morgan is in all sorts of trouble here.
Escobar lands with some strikes.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Morgan regains half guard.
Escobar trying to pass the guard but Morgan defending well.
Morgan tries to roll over but Escobar keeps him under control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Pablo Escobar will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The fighters circling - Morgan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Morgan dips to his left and cracks Escobar with an uppercut!
Escobar lands a right hook to the body.
Morgan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Escobar was well out of range. Poor timing from Morgan.

Escobar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Morgan to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Escobar lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Escobar can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Morgan is looking to escape.
Escobar is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Morgan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Escobar postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Morgan in real trouble here! The ref calls for Morgan to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
