Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bruce Dandas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Haleb Sukayev!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dandas is defended easily by Sukayev.
Dandas walks into a stiff left hand from Sukayev.
It looks like Bruce Dandas has been cut.
Sukayev has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Sukayev throws a hook but Dandas blocks it.
Dandas looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Sukayev!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Dandas is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sukayev is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Sukayev is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Dandas is controlling him well.

Dandas goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sukayev rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Dandas's guard! Nice work there by Sukayev!

Dandas working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sukayev doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sukayev manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sukayev postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Dandas is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Sukayev, into his guard.
Sukayev bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dandas's guard.
Sukayev wants to control from the top but Dandas keeps moving.

Sukayev passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Sukayev is looking to take a break and control but Dandas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Sukayev tries to stand but Dandas controls the position and pulls Sukayev into his guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Dandas on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dandas tries to get out of the position.

Haleb Sukayev dominated that round.

Sukayev shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dandas pinned against the cage. Dandas gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sukayev, as that shot connected.

Dandas tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Sukayev counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sukayev looks to throw the jab but Dandas is out of range.
Dandas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sukayev to score with a decent uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been hearing good reports from Dandas's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Dandas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sukayev connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dandas scrambles back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sukayev throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Sukayev looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sukayev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dandas is fending him off so far but Sukayev persists. Nope, Dandas circles away and we're back to standing.
Sukayev takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Sukayev misses with an uppercut. Dandas saw that one coming.

A decent looking cross lands there for Sukayev.
