Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uadab Raiuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Powers has chosen Californication as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Raiuga manages to avoid it.
Raiuga throws a combination that misses
and Powers counters with a left and a right that stings Raiuga.
Raiuga misses with the combination.
Powers misses with a head kick.
Raiuga stuffs the takedown.
Raiuga misses with a wild combination.
A punch lands to the side of Raiuga 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Powers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Raiuga manages to avoid it.

Powers closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Raiuga did well to prevent Powers getting side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Powers is looking to advance position but Raiuga won't allow it.
Powers is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Powers works his foot free and advances to mount.
Powers looking to control and managing it successfully.

Powers get's back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Raiuga displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Powers.
Powers dodges the punch combination from Raiuga.
Powers pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Powers shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Powers is controlling the pace.
Powers thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Raiuga tries to roll over but Powers keeps him under control.

Powers stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Raiuga to get to his feet.
Powers throws a head kick that misses.
Raiuga throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Powers counters by moving into the clinch.
Powers misses with a hook to the ribs.
Raiuga misses with a body punch.

Powers breaks the clinch.
Raiuga avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Powers throws a head kick but Raiuga moves out of range.
Powers swings away with a body shot that misses
and Raiuga connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Raiuga takes a kick to the side of the head.

Raiuga gets caught flat footed, as Powers shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Powers seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Raiuga wants to stand up but Powers is controlling him.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Powers lands with an overhand left.
Raiuga throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Raiuga bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Powers's head.
Raiuga throws a left and a right that both miss
and Powers counters with a nice body kick.
Nice shot lands for Powers.

Raiuga is rocked!
Powers seems to be stalking Raiuga here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Raiuga drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
