The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Udarevic cracks Chernov with a right hand to the side of the head.
Udarevic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Chernov throws a head kick that Udarevic semi-blocks.
It looks like Gvozden Udarevic has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fight stays on the outside here - Udarevic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Udarevic tries to close the distance and clinch but Chernov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chernov's corner calls for a 1-2. Chernov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Chernov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Udarevic dives in and grabs Chernov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chernov pushes down on Udarevic's head and hops out.
Udarevic falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chernov counters with an outside leg kick.
Udarevic wants to clinch.
Udarevic fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gvozden Udarevic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Udarevic is breathing heavily.
Chernov looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Chernov backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Udarevic's temple! It sends Udarevic violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Chernov celebrates and the doctors try to help Udarevic!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Sergey Chernov!
