Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Orlin jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Adam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jack Adam enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Orlin jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adam displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from jr.
jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Adam tries to avoid it but jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Adam to the ground. Adam escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
jr could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
jr defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Adam.
jr takes a swing at Adam's ribcage but misses.
jr shoots in but Adam avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Adam throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
jr looks to land a combination but Adam avoids it well.

jr shoots in and bounces Adam off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Adam ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Adam no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

jr tries to close the distance and clinch up but Adam swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Adam keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
jr swings for the body but Adam moves out of range.
Adam shoots in looking for a takedown. jr tries to sprawl out of it but Adam keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Adam is pulling down on jr's head. It's preventing any offense from jr, at least for the moment.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Adam is on top in guard.
