The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Randakovicius rushes Castaneda and presses him up against the cage.
Randakovicius working hard to break the clinch.
Castaneda tries to pull guard but Randakovicius forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Randakovicius has had enough of the clinch but Castaneda keeps him there for the moment.
Castaneda tries to pull guard but Randakovicius won't allow it.
Randakovicius is trying to break the clinch but Castaneda has him pressed against the cage.
Castaneda has Randakovicius pressed against the cage, preventing Randakovicius from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Castaneda is trying to force a seperation but Randakovicius has the dominant position.
Randakovicius wants to break the clinch but can't.

Castaneda breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Castaneda or perhaps it was just good defense by Randakovicius which made him look bad.

Randakovicius rushes Castaneda and presses him up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Randakovicius's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Castaneda could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Randakovicius is pressed up against the cage. Castaneda has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Randakovicius down to the mat. Randakovicius avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

No joy there for Randakovicius, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Randakovicius lands with a cross.

Castaneda gets tackled into the cage by Randakovicius. Randakovicius maintains the clinch.
Castaneda prevents Randakovicius from breaking the clinch.

Castaneda manages to break the clinch.
Randakovicius misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Randakovicius shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Castaneda eats them both and turns towards Randakovicius to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Randakovicius pushes Castaneda up against the cage in a clinch.
Randakovicius wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Castaneda prevents Randakovicius from breaking the clinch.
Castaneda fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Castaneda tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Randakovicius avoids it.
Randakovicius has had enough of the clinch but Castaneda keeps him there for the moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Castaneda tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Randakovicius gets underhooks to prevent Castaneda's takedown attempt.
Randakovicius tries to break free but Castaneda pushes him back against the cage.
Castaneda jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Randakovicius walks away with a smile on his face. Castaneda gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Randas Randakovicius is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Randakovicius lands a glancing blow to the side of Castaneda's head.

Randakovicius clinches.
Randakovicius wants to get back to striking at distance but Castaneda won't allow it.
Castaneda has Randakovicius pressed against the cage, preventing Randakovicius from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Castaneda tries to pull guard but Randakovicius holds him up against the cage and eventually Castaneda drops back down to his feet.
Randakovicius has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Randakovicius breaks the clinch.
Castaneda takes one to the side of the head.

Hosea Castaneda's cut is getting worse.

Randakovicius lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Randakovicius.
Randakovicius throws a right and a left that Castaneda avoids nicely.
Castaneda gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Castaneda tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Randakovicius is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Castaneda buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Castaneda!! Castaneda is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Randakovicius throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
