Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kali FaYa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Randle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Randle on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Randle rushes FaYa and presses him up against the cage.
FaYa is trying to push Randle away but Randle has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
FaYa is trying to break free.
Randle is looking for a takedown up against the cage. FaYa gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Randle breaks from the clinch.

No joy there for FaYa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Horrible takedown by Randle or perhaps it was just good defense by FaYa which made him look bad.
FaYa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Randle decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
FaYa throws a leg kick but Randle sees it coming and moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from FaYa. Randle does a little dance to reset his feet.
Randle darts in looking for a takedown but FaYa gets double underhooks and turns Randle into the cage.
FaYa swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Randle is working for takedown but FaYa is calmly controlling the position for now.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Randle takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
FaYa has had enough of the clinch but Randle keeps him there for the moment.

Randle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but FaYa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - FaYa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

FaYa tries to bum rush Randle with a series of wild strikes but Randle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Randle counters with a big head kick but FaYa shrugs it off.
FaYa tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Randle is able to avoid easily.

Randle drives through and clinches with FaYa against the cage.

FaYa wants to control from the top but Randle keeps moving.

Oooh a lovely combination from FaYa sends Randle down but not out. FaYa dives into side control looking to finish.

Randle is rocked!
FaYa is trying to move to mount but Randle reverses beautifully and ends up in FaYa's guard.
Randle is still in real trouble! Can FaYa finish him?
Randle not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
FaYa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
FaYa wants to sweep here but Randle controlling him for the moment.
Randle seems to have recovered his senses.
Kali FaYa overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
