Emelianenko has chosen Казаки - Ой Да as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Fisher. No joy for Emelianenko on that attempt.

Emelianenko misses with an uppercut. Fisher saw that one coming.

Emelianenko goes for a double leg but Fisher avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Fisher continues to drive forward.
Fisher lands an elbow that stopped Emelianenko in his tracks for a moment.
