Steel comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal Technique-Point of no return. Speed has chosen Funky Kingston / Toots And The Maytals as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Steel throws a right and a left that Speed avoids nicely.
Speed wants to clinch up but Steel keeps it at a distance.
Steel misses the shot to the body.
Speed tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Steel looks to score with a jab to the body but Speed is just out of range.
Speed tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Steel paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Steel takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Speed steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Steel.
Speed tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Speed blocks a jab.
Tanner Speed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steel swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Speed wants to clinch but Steel slips to the side
letting Steel counter with a right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Speed fails to land the takedown.
Speed wants to clinch
and Steel counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The fight stays on the outside here - Speed looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Steel checks the leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Steel fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Speed manages to avoid it.
Steel lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Speed tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Steel connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Speed is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Speed backs away from a small jab... but Steel lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Speed crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Steel with a spectacular finish!

Cory Steel decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
