Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Faustino Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Eee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eee shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rush is trying to defend but Eee finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Rush is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Rush landing small, sideways elbows.
Rush pushes Eee off looking to stand but Eee dives back in and keeps control.

Rush manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Eee keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Rush breaks from the clinch.

Eee pushes Rush up against the cage in a clinch.

Rush's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rush really is a fat lump.

Eee fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rush sprawls well initially but Eee persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rush works his way to full guard. Good work.
Rush tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Eee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Rush moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Eee has worked his arm free - good work by Eee!

Rush decides to stand back up. Rush steps back and let's Eee get back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rush will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Eee.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rush bucks up and tries to throw Eee off but instead Eee has got his back!

Eee punches the canvas rather than the man.

Eee is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Rush has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Rush is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Eee struggling to land strikes to the head as Rush covers up.

Eee misses with an elbow to the head.
Eee punches the canvas rather than the man.
Eee gets his hands free as Rush looks to control.

Rush tries to escape but Eee has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A close round but Big Eee will probably get the nod.

Eee dodges the punch combination from Rush.
Rush fails to land with a series of punches.
Eee tries to bum rush Rush with a series of wild strikes but Rush uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Eee throws a head kick that misses
and Rush counters with a head kick. That will keep Eee thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Rush rushes Eee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Eee wants to break the clinch but can't.

Eee manages to pull guard.
Rush is looking to stand up but Eee won't let him.

Eee not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rush is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Eee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Eee is breathing heavily.

Eee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Rush wants to get up but he can't break Eee's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Eee is working an open guard so Rush takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Eee clinches up against the cage.

Rush gets to his feet - Eee follows without any prompting.
Big Eee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Eee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rush on his heels. He'll look to pass Rush's guard now, I'm sure.

Rush kicks Eee off and gets to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Rush enables Eee to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rush manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Eee is standing up over Rush. Rush looks to escape but Eee dives into side control.

Rush is looking to reverse the position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Faustino Rush will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Eee shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rush napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Rush is looking for a sweep.

Eee gets to mount! Rush was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Eee misses with some ground and pound and Rush recovers position to half guard.

Eee is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rush sees it coming and defends easily.

Eee winds up and cracks Rush with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Rush tries to kick Eee off but Eee keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Eee throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Rush is refusing to be controlled, as Eee sits in half guard.
Eee seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Eee stops Rush from getting back to his feet.
Rush tries to roll over but Eee keeps him under control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rush is trying to stand back up but Eee is controlling him
Eee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rush keeps working.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Big Eee hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Rush takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Eee dives in and scores a takedown into Rush's guard.

Rush has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Eee off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Eee avoids the head kick by Rush.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rush. Eee does a little dance to reset his feet.

Eee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Eee wants to stand up but Rush has a hold of him and won't allow it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Big Eee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Eee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
