The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Akira Fujita has been cut.
Gein lands a body shot in the clinch.

I was talking to Gein's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Fujita tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Gein avoids it.

Gein breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Fujita shoots in but no luck this time.

That has opened up Akira Fujita's cut even more.

Gein throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Fujita tumbling to the canvas!

You can see the frustration on Fujita's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Fujita looks to move to half guard but instead Gein has passed into mount! Damn!
BOOM! Gein connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Akira Fujita's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
