Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mish Mosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zavier Lack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mish Mosh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zavier Lack!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lack lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Mosh uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lack.
Mosh looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Zavier Lack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lack works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Lack uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mosh has time to react.
Lack will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Lack with a hook.
Lack lands a jab to the head.
Mosh takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lack scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Mosh slips a jab and a cross from Lack.
A jab from Lack does it's job there.
Lack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lack stuns Mosh with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jab, jab by Lack - just one landing.
Decent striking displayed by Lack there.
Lack moves into range and connects with a jab.
Zavier Lack is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lack lands a head shot.

Lack closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mosh takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Lack swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lack dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mosh needs to keep his hands up - Lack had a free shot at his head there.
Mosh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Mosh takes one to the side of the head.

Lack throws a push kick but Mosh slaps the foot to one side.

Lack has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Lack fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lack jabs Mosh right on the nose. Mosh blinks but takes it well.

and Mosh counters with a shoot takedown. Lack fights it but they end up in guard.
Mosh trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mosh is working hard here to advance position.
Mosh is breathing heavily.
Lack is adopting a defensive guard.

Mosh thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Lack looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lack is trying to keep Mosh in close.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mosh pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lack is keeping the position for now.
Lack controls Mosh momentarily but Mosh frees himself.
Lack really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mosh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mosh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lack swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lack is trying to control the position but Mosh postures up.

Lack looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mosh stands up over Lack, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Mosh works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Lack tries to get to full guard but Mosh has control of the leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zavier Lack dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Lack works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lack, as that shot connected.
Zavier Lack seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Lack fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lack misses with a two punch combination.

Lack lands a nice hook to Mosh's body. Mosh takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Lack is looking for a sweep. Mosh is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mosh tries to pass to full mount but Lack defends it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lack can do anything to dispel that myth.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lack gets back to full guard.
Mosh passes Lack's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Mish Mosh overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Lack trying to control here.
Lack tries to get to full guard but Mosh has control of the leg.
Lack keeps trying to improve his position.
Mosh passes to full mount!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lack really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Mosh working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Lack turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Mosh off and cradles Lack's limp body as Mosh celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Mish Mosh!
