Hakulinen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Last of the Mohicans Theme. Yuki Noshikawa had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hakulinen fails to land the takedown.
Hakulinen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Noshikawa throws a right hand that Hakulinen ducks under and follows up with a left that Hakulinen also avoids with ease.
A right-left combo lands from Noshikawa.

It looks like Jarkko Hakulinen has been cut.
Hakulinen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Noshikawa has time to react.
Hakulinen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Noshikawa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hakulinen on the side of the head.
Hakulinen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hakulinen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hakulinen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Noshikawa to score with a decent uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hakulinen is looking to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Hakulinen or perhaps it was just good defense by Noshikawa which made him look bad.

Noshikawa throws a jab when Hakulinen was well out of range.
Noshikawa circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Hakulinen to the canvas! Hakulinen doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Noshikawa keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
