Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jorge Pericic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cung Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pericic kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is T.N.T. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jorge Pericic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cung Lee!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries a low kick but Pericic avoids it.
Pericic lands a nice shot that snaps Lee's head back.
Pericic misses with a body kick.
Lee lands a jab.
Pericic scores with a leg kick.
Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pericic. Pericic obviously looking to wear him down.
Lee shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Pericic throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pericic looks to throw the jab but Lee is out of range.
Pericic pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pericic defending well as Lee loads up on a big left hand.
Pericic tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pericic moves into range and connects with a jab.
It looks like Cung Lee has been cut.
Lee throws a looping overhand right but Pericic ducks down to avoid it.
Lee tries to bum rush Pericic with a series of wild strikes but Pericic uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pericic swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lee.
Lee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pericic ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lee moves away.
Lee misses with a looping right.
Lee jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lee throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pericic scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Lee beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pericic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Lee scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Pericic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Lee throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Pericic dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pericic moves out of range of the strikes.
Pericic pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee throws a jab when Pericic was well out of range.
Lee misses with a series of wild punches.
Pericic dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lee. That did some damage!
That kick from Pericic tenderised Lee's leg. Lee is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lee throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pericic ducks under a wild hook from Lee.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Pericic knocks Lee out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jorge Pericic!
After winning the bout, Jorge Pericic thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
