Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Love Bug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Lewis St Clair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bug comes to the ring accompanied by Big Ballin with My Homies. St Clair has chosen Ready to Die as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bug takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Love Bug has been cut.
Bug tries to land a front kick but St Clair steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Some bone on bone action there as St Clair checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
St Clair tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bug was well out of range. Poor timing from St Clair.

St Clair has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bug is landing a low percentage of strikes.

A looping hook to the body misses from Bug. St Clair does a little dance to reset his feet.

St Clair dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bug crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from St Clair - the referee stops the clock and Bug gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says St Clair. Bug manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The crowd cheers as Bug lands an impressive looking overhand right. St Clair doesn't seem phased though.

The fight stays on the outside here - Bug looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bug tries to clinch up but St Clair circles away and keeps his distance.
St Clair just misses with a punch to the body.
St Clair fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bug manages to avoid it.
Bug avoids a punch combination nicely.
St Clair throws a leg kick but Bug moved away.
Bug wants to slow St Clair down by chopping away at his legs.

and Bug takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A head kick from St Clair lands but Bug takes it in his stride.
Love Bug's cut is getting worse.
St Clair stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bug.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bug takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

St Clair tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Bug connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
St Clair's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Bug connects with a beautiful left hand that drops St Clair onto his butt! St Clair bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
It looks like Jon Lewis St Clair has been cut.
Bug lands with an overhand left.
St Clair is rocked!
St Clair is looking to land body kicks.
Bug doesn't manage to clinch there - St Clair circles away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bug misses with a low kick.
St Clair walks into a big right hand from Bug and goes down! The referee sends Bug to a neutral corner as St Clair gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
St Clair is still on wobbly legs! Can Bug finish him?
Bug fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and St Clair has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Love Bug takes that one as he scored multiple knockdowns. Jon Lewis St Clair was lucky to get out of the first round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bug tries to clinch but St Clair is having none of it.
