Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Dighead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Exlax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Exlax tries to close the distance and clinch but Dighead swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Exlax has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dighead is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Dighead throws a nice head kick!
Exlax tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dighead manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dighead scores with a sloppy right hand. Exlax should have avoided that one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Exlax looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Dighead rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Exlax moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dighead cracks a nice hook into Exlax's ribs.

Dighead looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dighead punishes Exlax's body with a nice straight punch.
Exlax closes the distance and clinches up with Dighead, looking for a takedown. Exlax pushes Dighead against the cage but Dighead circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Exlax fails with a takedown attempt.
Exlax looks winded!
Dighead lands a body shot.
Dighead throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Exlax tries to clinch there but Dighead circles away.
Dighead drops Exlax with a beautiful combination! Exlax stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dighead is looking for the KO!
Exlax is still on wobbly legs! Can Dighead finish him?
Exlax looks up at the clock. Bad move! Dighead lands a right hand from hell, dropping Exlax. Dighead pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Curtis Dighead!
