Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cyrus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Webster told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cyrus Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, John Webster!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Jones.
Jones fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Webster throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Webster shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Webster gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones thuds a left hand into Webster's body.
A slow jab from Webster misses its intended target.
Webster slips a jab and a cross from Jones.
Jones misses with a hook
and Webster counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jones misses with an uppercut. Webster saw that one coming.
Jones throws a right hand that misses

and Webster counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones trying to hold on to Webster's head to control him but Webster postures up.
Jones wants to improve his position but Webster is controlling well.
Jones is pressing down on Webster's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Webster is one step ahead there.
Webster with a flurry of punches that miss.

Webster connects with a couple of short punches.
Jones manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Webster keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Webster tries to hold on but Jones postures up.
Webster sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Webster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Webster is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jones's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jones's back!
