And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chris Coryatt!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Coryatt told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

Coryatt lands a vicious elbow to the side of Tupy's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Coryatt tries to finish him with strikes but Tupy still seems able to defend himself so Coryatt steps back and lets Tupy get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Coryatt fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tupy, pushing him back against the cage.
Coryatt connects with a nasty looking knee right to Tupy's face.
Coryatt creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Tupy! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Coryatt.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Coryatt!
During a confident post fight interview, Chris Coryatt thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
