Woods comes to the cage accompanied by skillet-monster. Ryan has chosen Girlfriend as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan lands with a good body shot.
Woods tries a head kick but it misses.
Ryan throws a shot to the body.
Woods looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Woods ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ryan moves away.
Ryan lands with a thumping leg kick.
Woods takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nice uppercut lands for Ryan. That snapped Woods's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ryan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ryan wants it to stay on the feet.
Ryan lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Woods at a distance.
Woods has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Woods is breathing heavily.
Ryan cracks Woods with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Woods looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ryan finish him?
It looks like Ross Woods has been cut.
Ryan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Ryan connects with a leg kick. Woods looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Woods has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ryan.
Woods gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Ryan gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Ryan!
