Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brett Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Master Yi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Master Yi!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yi lands a nice hook to Strong's body. Strong takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Yi closes the distance and pushes Strong back into the cage.
Yi prevents a takedown attempt there.
Yi lands an uppercut.
Yi displaying some good clinch control by pressing Strong up against the cage.
Strong's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Strong tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Yi working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Yi effectively controlling the action here.
A nice right hand lands inside from Yi.
A body shot lands from Yi.
Strong wants to break free but Yi has control.
Yi pushes Strong back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Yi takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Yi lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Strong jumps guard but Yi turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brett Strong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Yi scores with a shot to the side of Strong's head.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Yi lands a body shot in the clinch.
Strong is breathing heavily.
Still in the clinch, Yi scores with a nice short uppercut.

Yi throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Strong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Yi lands a nice shot to the body.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Yi pushes Strong back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Strong is rocked!
Yi lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Strong to his knees! Yi keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Master Yi!
Post fight, an emotional Master Yi said 'Your skills are inferior!'.
