The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A good leg kick by Land.

Cooper instigates a clinch.

Eye Land has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sheldon Cooper.
Cooper avoids the elbow strike from Land, against the cage.
Land prevents a takedown attempt there.
Cooper is trying to pull guard but Land turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cooper drops down looking for an ankle pick but Land pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cooper closes the distance and clinches up with Land, looking for a takedown. Cooper pushes Land against the cage but Land circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Land swats away the attempt to clinch by Cooper.
Cooper tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Land counters with an outside leg kick.
Cooper misses with a takedown attempt - Land sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cooper wants to clinch.
Land lunges at Cooper with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cooper's hand.

Cooper is looking to clinch but Land is avoiding it.
Cooper tries to clinch there but Land circles away.
Cooper takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Both fighters circling a little - Land finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Eye Land is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cooper shoots in for a double leg but Land sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Cooper is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Land Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Cooper is out cold, face down on the mat!
