Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roowa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Carvalho pinned against the cage. Carvalho gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Carvalho fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Roowa.
Carvalho cracks Roowa with a right hand to the side of the head.
Roowa shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Carvalho looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Carvalho is not content to let Roowa control the position.

Carvalho is looking to improve his position.
Roowa is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Carvalho doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Roowa.
Carvalho is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Roowa pulls his head out easily.
Carvalho tries to get to full guard but Roowa has control of the leg.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Carvalho tries to bum rush Roowa with a series of wild strikes but Roowa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Roowa shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Carvalho looks to score with a jab to the body but Roowa is just out of range.
Roowa swats away the attempt to clinch by Carvalho.
Roowa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Carvalho as he avoids it easily.

Carvalho misses with a few strikes there.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Carvalho throws a nice looking combination but Roowa bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Carvalho is looking to improve his position but Roowa isn't that keen on the idea.

Carvalho is squirming around, avoiding Roowa's attempts to control the action.

Carvalho works over Roowa's head and body with a nice combination.
Carvalho bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Roowa looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carvalho is fending him off so far but Roowa persists. Nope, Carvalho circles away and we're back to standing.
Roowa is breathing heavily.
Roowa shoots in for a double leg but Carvalho sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Roowa is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Carvalho.

Carvalho feints and then cracks Roowa's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Roowa down.

Carvalho tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Roowa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Carvalho pinned against the cage. Carvalho gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Carvalho jabs Roowa right on the nose. Roowa blinks but takes it well.

Carvalho feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Roowa's calf.
Roowa takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Carvalho lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Carvalho misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Roowa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Carvalho escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Roowa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Carvalho has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Roowa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Roowa wants to pass the guard but Carvalho is keeping the position.
Carvalho controls Roowa momentarily but Roowa frees himself.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Carvalho throws the left hand but Roowa avoids the punch easily.
Roowa tries for a takedown but Carvalho sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Roowa looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carvalho is fending him off so far but Roowa persists. Nope, Carvalho circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roowa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carvalho tries to avoid it but Roowa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carvalho to the ground. Carvalho escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Roowa takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Nice body kick there by Carvalho.
Carvalho stalks Roowa and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Roowa's face. Roowa staggers backwards, shaken.

Carvalho works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
David Carvalho is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Carvalho lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Carvalho throws a head kick that half lands.

Carvalho thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Roowa if he has to take too many more of those.

Carvalho tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Roowa takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Carvalho lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Carvalho. Roowa shrugs it off though.
Carvalho rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Roowa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carvalho closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Carvalho breaks the clinch.
Roowa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Carvalho.
And that's the end of the fight!
David Carvalho showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Carvalho has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
