The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparks looks to score with a jab to the body but Kint is just out of range.
Kint moves away from the strike by Sparks.

Sparks fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kint, pushing him back against the cage.
Sparks goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kint prevents it.
Sparks wants a takedown but no success here.
Sparks can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jamie Sparks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A frustrated look appears on Sparks's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Kint works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Kint thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Kint drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kint jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Kint advances to half guard.
Sparks trying to control but Kint postures up.

Kint is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sparks defends it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kint tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sparks knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Sparks wants to get back to full guard.

Kint is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Sparks is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Roger Kint tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
