PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Enrico Ciccone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rene Croix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Croix has chosen Edith Piaf - Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Croix thuds his shin into the meat of Ciccone's side.
Croix looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Croix tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Croix throws a head kick that misses.
Croix punishes Ciccone's body with a nice straight punch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Croix enables Ciccone to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Croix manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Ciccone thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Croix's head.
Ciccone thows a huge punch but Croix dodges it nicely.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Ciccone postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Croix is out cold - huge knockout for Ciccone!
