Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BawHeed misses the body punch
and Acevedo counters by moving into the clinch.
Acevedo jumps guard and drags BawHeed to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
BawHeed is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Acevedo keeping moving, preventing BawHeed from controlling successfully.

Acevedo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Randy BawHeed.
BawHeed tries to move into range but Acevedo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Acevedo defending well as BawHeed loads up on a big left hand.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Acevedo.
Acevedo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
BawHeed misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Acevedo really is a fat lump.
BawHeed fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Acevedo, pushing him back against the cage.
BawHeed can't get the takedown.
BawHeed goes for a takedown in the clinch but Acevedo prevents it.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
BawHeed misses with some punches.
BawHeed tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Acevedo has BawHeed pressed against the cage, preventing BawHeed from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Acevedo lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Acevedo gets control of BawHeed's arms and successfully pulls guard. Acevedo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
BawHeed not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Acevedo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but BawHeed can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Acevedo throws his legs up looking for a submission but BawHeed uses it to pass to side control.
Acevedo struggling a bit here.
BawHeed is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Acevedo is trying to get back to half guard.
BawHeed wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Acevedo, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Acevedo is not content to let BawHeed control the position.
BawHeed wants to stand but Acevedo is controlling his arm.
BawHeed lands a few punches from side control.
BawHeed has an Americana. Acevedo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! BawHeed is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if BawHeed hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
