Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dusty Mears!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Amir Zukic!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mears displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Mears tries to clinch there but Zukic circles away.
Mears forces Zukic back against the cage and clinches.
Mears wants to get back to striking at distance but Zukic won't allow it.
Zukic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mears is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Zukic drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mears gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Zukic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mears misses with a two punch combination.
Mears looks to throw the jab but Zukic is out of range.
Mears lunges at Zukic with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Zukic's hand.
Zukic is rocked!
Mears closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Zukic out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dusty Mears!
