Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andrzej Rostowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Octavio Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rostowski comes to the cage accompanied by VITER - Marichka. Octavio Ramos acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andrzej Rostowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Octavio Ramos!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramos moves into the clinch successfully.
Rostowski has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ramos is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Rostowski has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Ramos after a bit of a struggle.

Rostowski gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ramos regains guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Rostowski has gone for a leg lock! Ramos slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rostowski's guard.
Ramos wanted to stand there but Rostowski had control of the position.
Ramos stands and throws Rostowski's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Rostowski is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Rostowski tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ramos wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Ramos stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Ramos shoots in for a takedown but Rostowski shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Rostowski counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Rostowski is working for a submission of some sort.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ramos wants to improve his position but Rostowski is controlling well.

Ramos manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Ramos stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ramos wants it to stay on the feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ramos wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rostowski has him pressed against the cage.

Ramos swings away with an uppercut that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Andrzej Rostowski will probably get the nod.

Rostowski tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ramos defends well and Rostowski ends up having to push Ramos into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

I was talking to Rostowski's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Octavio Ramos showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

I would just about give that final round to Octavio Ramos.
I think Ramos has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
