Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sando Han (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sando Han!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Han will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Han shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Anderson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Han's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Han's back!

Anderson has hold of Han's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Han manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

It looks like Sando Han has been cut.

Anderson throws a hook to the side of Han's head but Han sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Anderson's corner calls for a 1-2. Anderson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Han tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Anderson swivels and escapes.
John Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sando Han.

I really don't envy Han right now.

Anderson is persistently looking for the submission but Han is defending it well.
Anderson has the hooks in. Han is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Anderson is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Han knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Han for a finish.

Han uses his free foot to push down on Anderson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Anderson.
