The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinak takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dinak fails with a takedown attempt.
Marszalkowski's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Marszalkowski duly obliges.
Dinak shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Marszalkowski as he jumps to the side.
Marszalkowski misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dinak.
Dinak tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Marszalkowski misses with a double jab

and Dinak counters by moving into the clinch.
Dinak has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Marszalkowski is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bud Dinak. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dinak has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Marszalkowski regains guard immediately.

Dinak drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Marszalkowski dives on top into guard.
Marszalkowski must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Marszalkowski lands a couple of elbows.
Marszalkowski looking to sit in guard and control but Dinak gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Marszalkowski has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Dinak drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Dinak as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Marszalkowski screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Dinak! Nice submission victory there!
