Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terru Wickholm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Jomo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Niko Jomo!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wickholm misses with a looping left.
Wickholm misses with a double jab
and Jomo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wickholm won't be happy with that.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Jomo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Wickholm knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Wickholm prevents Jomo from improving position.
Jomo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wickholm is trying to control Jomo's posture but Jomo avoids it.
Jomo is trying to get an arm triangle but Wickholm is defending well.
Wickholm tries to buck Jomo off but Jomo is having none of it.

Jomo is looking to take a break and control but Wickholm is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Wickholm knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jomo on the ground.
Jomo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Wickholm tries to escape but Jomo is in control.
Jomo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wickholm is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Jomo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jomo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jomo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jomo has isolated one of Wickholm's arms. Wickholm looking to fight him off but Jomo twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
