Darko Markovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pelono lands a big head kick that sends Markovic tumbling to the mat! Pelono takes a step backwards and waves Markovic back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pelono looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pelono lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Markovic can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Pelono and Markovic drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Pelono.
