Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Milan Zitska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Milpid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Milpid comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Stupify kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Milan Zitska!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jack Milpid!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zitska tries to clinch but Milpid moves out of range.
Zitska wants to clinch but Milpid slips to the side
and Milpid counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Milpid avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zitska tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Milpid counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Zitska is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Zitska has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milpid can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Zitska is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Milpid is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Milpid thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Milpid is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Milpid lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Milpid tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Milpid has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
