Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bloody Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Marbury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Marbury will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Marbury shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Blood napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Blood manages to get back to half guard.
Blood is pressing down on Marbury's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Marbury won't allow Blood to sweep him here.

Blood has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marbury can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Marbury stands and throws Blood's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Marbury working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Marbury wants to pass the guard but Blood is keeping the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blood is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Blood looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Blood keeping moving, preventing Marbury from controlling successfully.
Marbury is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Blood does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Blood throws a leg kick but Marbury sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Marbury throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Blood tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Marbury is in Blood's guard.

Blood working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Marbury doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Blood is tightening it up a little... Marbury has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Marbury reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Marbury taps out! Nice BJJ there by Blood!

An out of breath Bloody Blood thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
