The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stapleton thows a body kick. Johansson tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Stapleton connects with a leg kick. Johansson looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Stapleton scores with a hook.
Jeremy Stapleton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johansson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Johansson looks winded!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stapleton jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Stapleton catches Johansson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Stapleton stuns Johansson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stapleton turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Stapleton scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Stapleton misses with an uppercut. Johansson saw that one coming.

Stapleton lands a big uppercut and Johansson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Johansson looks OK. Stapleton waves Johansson back to his feet!

Johansson is rocked!
Stapleton is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Johansson.
Johansson is still on wobbly legs! Can Stapleton finish him?
Stapleton lands with a big right hook that stumbles Johansson - he's out on his feet here! Stapleton follows up with another monster hook that separates Johansson from consciousness! Johansson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Stapleton stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
