Perez's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Gangnam Style by PSY. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lee's choice of entrance music: Europa by Globus. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Perez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Perez throws the kick towards the body but Lee avoids it.
Lee throws a chopping leg kick but Perez manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Perez tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lee throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Perez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd cheers as Lee lands an impressive looking overhand right. Perez doesn't seem phased though.
Perez throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily.
Perez avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Perez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Perez ducks under a wild hook from Lee.
Lee tries to work over Perez's front leg with a kick but Perez checks it.

Perez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Perez is looking to chop away at Lee's legs.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Perez lands with an overhand left.
Lee throws a body punch but Perez moves out of range.
Lee dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Perez. That did some damage!

A bone on bone clash there as Lee blocks the leg kick.
Perez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Perez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee stalks Perez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Perez's face. Perez staggers backwards, shaken.
Lee jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lee feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Perez's calf.
Perez tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Perez cracks Lee with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Perez takes one on the chin but seems OK.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Perez moves away from the strike by Lee.
We've been informed that Lee has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Lee lands with a cross.
Perez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Perez throws an overhand right that lands on Lee's shoulder, as Lee tries to avoid the shot.

Lee lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Perez manages to avoid it.

Lee looks for the body kick but Perez saw that one coming.
Perez loads up on a big right hand but Lee slips the punch.

Perez drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Lee misses with a hook to the ribs.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Perez creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lee lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Perez circles away quickly and effectively.
Lee lands a leg kick that knocks Perez off balance momentarily.

Perez tries to move into range but Lee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Lee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Perez connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Lee tumbling to the canvas! Perez pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Lee was done - good stoppage!
