Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between JP Pinsent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinsent comes to the cage accompanied by Trouble on my Mind. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson misses with a two punch combination.

Pinsent shoots in and bounces Watson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Pinsent lands a couple of digs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pinsent chips away with some ground and pound.
Pinsent forces his way into half guard.
Pinsent seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Watson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Pinsent is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Watson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Pinsent stops Watson from getting back to his feet.

Watson has hold of Pinsent's hands but Pinsent slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Pinsent landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Watson is looking to escape.

Pinsent is trying to control the action in half guard but Watson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pinsent in particular looking to stall.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pinsent lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Pinsent is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Watson wants to get back to his feet.
Pinsent lands strikes from half guard.
Pinsent slips a nice elbow through Watson's hands, connecting with Watson's forehead.

Pinsent passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Watson!
Watson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Watson looks winded!
Pinsent looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Watson covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
