Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Disco tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Maia darts in looking for a takedown but Disco gets double underhooks and turns Maia into the cage.
Maia misses with some punches.
Disco manages to break the clinch.
Disco looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Maia is fending him off so far but Disco persists. Nope, Maia circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown by Maia or perhaps it was just good defense by Disco which made him look bad.
Disco fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Maia avoids it really well and circles away.
Maia tries for a takedown but Disco sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Maia tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Disco was well out of range. Poor timing from Maia.

Maia is trying to drag Disco to the mat but Disco just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Disco has Maia pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Maia manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Disco ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Disco no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Maia postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Disco is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Maia, into his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Maia is on top in guard.

Disco is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Maia is controlling him.
Maia drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Maia jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Maia has gone for a leg lock! Disco slips out almost immediately though and dives into Maia's guard.

Maia pulls Disco in close to prevent any damage.
Disco wants to get up but he can't break Maia's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Disco has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Maia to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Disco is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Maia pulls down on the head and he's put Disco to sleep! This one is all over!
