Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cruz Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Hitoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee Hitoshi is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cruz Beck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Hitoshi!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Hitoshi.

Beck closes the distance and clinches.
Beck wants to break free but Hitoshi has control.
Hitoshi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Beck has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hitoshi is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Beck using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hitoshi has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Hitoshi wants the takedown. Beck is fighting it off but Hitoshi persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Beck's guard against the cage.
Hitoshi wants to control from the top but Beck keeps moving.
Hitoshi throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Beck keeping moving, preventing Hitoshi from controlling successfully.
Hitoshi's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Beck escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hitoshi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Beck is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hitoshi defends well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hitoshi tries to free his leg and advance position but Beck is retaining full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Beck throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Beck will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hitoshi wants to control from the top but Beck keeps moving.
Beck trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Beck looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hitoshi won't allow Beck to sweep him here.
Hitoshi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beck swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hitoshi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hitoshi wants to control from the top but Beck keeps moving.
Hitoshi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Beck has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hitoshi should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Beck has tightened it up now! Hitoshi should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Cruz Beck!
