The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Reily shoots in for a double leg but Malaki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

O Reily throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Malaki was covering up waiting for the punch and O Reily finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
O Reily wants to control from the top but Malaki keeps moving.

We've been hearing good reports from Malaki's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
