The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Nosof.
Nosof moves away from the strike by Nospmis.
Nospmis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Nosof looks to land a left hand but Nospmis moved out of range nicely.
Nosof shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nospmis defends it nicely.
Nosof tries to move into range but Nospmis moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Nosof takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nospmis displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nosof.

Nosof dives in and scores a takedown into Nospmis's guard.

Nospmis has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Nosof is pushing down on Nospmis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Nospmis is fighting to maintain full guard but Nosof has managed to sneak the leg through.

Nosof has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Nospmis's face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nosof postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Nospmis in real trouble here! The ref calls for Nospmis to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
