Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Shervan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deshawn Hayden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shervan throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Shervan's corner calls for a 1-2. Shervan obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Hayden lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shervan circles away quickly and effectively.

Hayden is trying desperately to land a takedown but Shervan is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Hayden.

Shervan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Shervan darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Shervan dips to his left and cracks Hayden with an uppercut!
Nice uppercut lands for Shervan. That snapped Hayden's head back.
Shervan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hayden crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Shervan - the referee stops the clock and Hayden gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Shervan. Hayden manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Hayden tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Shervan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Hayden throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Shervan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hayden takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Hayden tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shervan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Deshawn Hayden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hayden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Shervan as he avoids it easily.
Shervan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hayden on the side of the head.

Hayden changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shervan tries to avoid it but Hayden manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shervan to the ground. Shervan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
