The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helm tries to close the distance and clinch but O Hare swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
O Hare falls off balance throwing a combination
and Helm counters with a straight right hand.
Nice body kick there by Helm.
Helm moves into range and clinches up with O Hare.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
O Hare throws a punch but it's blocked by Helm.
Helm tries a knee to the head but O Hare blocks it.
Helm breaks the clinch.
O Hare is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
A chopping leg kick lands by Helm.
Helm definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
O Hare throws a sloppy head kick and Helm moves out of range easily.
Helm shoots in looking for a takedown but O Hare manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Helm's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Helm swinging wildly here.
O Hare misses with a wild combination.
Helm connects with a body shot that sends O Hare's belly button to the back.
Helm throws a series of punches but O Hare moves out of range.
Helm lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and O Hare falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
