Laane comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne - Right Above It ft. Drake. EL Demonyo is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laane goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Laane creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

I was talking to Laane's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Laane jerks Demonyo's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Demonyo drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Laane goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Laane because Demonyo was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Andrus Laane!
Andrus Laane bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
